We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide the order number or other proof of purchase.
• Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Opened or used cleaning products

For product safety and handling reasons, opened or used cleaning products cannot normally be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Refund timing

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
